Required Documentation

• Corresponding identification documents of the signatories (National Identity Document, passport, residence permit, or Foreigner's Identity Number).

• If a company is involved, authenticated copies of the public deed certifying its incorporation will be required, as well as the deed evidencing the representative powers of the person attending the notary's office, along with the beneficial ownership certificate.

• In certain situations, it may be mandatory to have the approval of the Board of Directors authorizing the transaction.
